How to play
- There are 8 players on each side.
- Aim of the game to work hard with your team and get over the line.
- Positions:
2 wings on each side
2 links on each side (inside of the wing)
2 rovers on each side (inside of the links)
2 middles (inside the two rovers)
- When you're playing the person with the ball has to run up the the other team and swivel their hips to try and make them not get your tag.
- When you have the ball you can only pass backwards (the person has to be behind you) - You have 5 runs to try and get over the line
- On the last tackle you can kick the ball for one of your friends to get and maybe score.
- When the other team has the ball your team has to be behind the ref and if not it's a penalty (tap and run) and the other team get another 5 tackles.
- A "Tap" is when theirs and penalty and you just have to put the ball on the ground and then tap it with your foot, pick it up and run at the opposition.
- When the opposition get a penalty that is a really good chance of scoring.
- If you are running with the ball and you drop it on the ground it is automatically the other teams ball but its not a tap it's a "play the ball" which mean the you roll the ball under your foot and flick it behind you for the dummy half to pick up and pass it off to the other player.
- At the beginning of the game you will "set up" so if the opposition is kicking the ball to your team they will be standing in a straight line, beside each other just like the photo above. Your team will be set up like the photo below.
